FM Capital originates $8 Million Bridge Loan For Wynwood Office Building

An affiliate of FM Capital originated an $8M bridge loan for the refinance of a 30,000 square foot office building located at 2900 NW 1st Avenue, Miami, Florida.

The asset is in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood submarket with major frontage on 29th Ave. Wynwood is home to a vibrant art district, trendy restaurants, shops and entertainment. In addition, the property also benefits from having direct access to the I-95 Expressway and has flexible T6-8 zoning. Sponsorship plans are to use the loan proceeds to pay-off existing debt and continue their plans for redevelopment.
