FM Capital recently purchased the first lien mortgage on 4J Apartments in Waynesville, Missouri. The loan had an unpaid balance of approximately 17M and was in default at the time of purchase. The units vary in type and are spread across four properties located within a quarter mile of each other. The asset is located half a mile from Fort Leonard Wood Army Base. The base houses the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Army Chemical Corp, and Military Police Corps.
