FM Capital acquired a $10.2 loan on the Hennepin Business Center, located in Minneapolis, MN. The complex consists of three buildings, spanning 140,063 square feet; majority of the three buildings are occupied by Wells Fargo.

There is limited supply in this sub-market for industrial office space, due to recent redevelopment in the area. The property is located less than a mile and a half from the University of Minnesota, and is in close proximity to downtown Minneapolis.
