FM Capital arranges a $14.25 Million cash-out refinance for the Golden Gate Townhomes, a 316-unit multifamily complex, located in Stone Mountain, GA. Approximately 244 of the 316 units are currently occupied. Sponsorship has been rehabbing the units and renting them over time and will likely stabilize this asset in 2019. FM Capital's Vice President of Originations, Joe Back, negotiated the loan with a large cash-out component despite the property's unstabilized condition.
