FM Capital arranged a $145,000,000 loan secured by an 850 unit apartment complex in South Florida. The loan proceeds were used to acquire the asset and reposition it. Due to COVID the Borrowers initial lender failed to close, and they reached out to FM Capital for a reliable execution. FM Capital was able to arrange this loan and close in three weeks from application.
